So the members left were two sons, the younger daughter ‘Nuzhat’ and their daughter in law who is a widow living separately.
Till the time each and every minor and major issues and decision were taken by the head of the family every thing went smooth and steady but when the younger generation stops honoring their elders and start taking decisions on their own they end up nowhere about which they realize later.
As they are not aware that elder always are more experienced and have perceived the world from a different angel which could benefit them in every aspect the children do not listen to anyone but themselves.
The worst starts when they perceiving things from their own end and firmly believes on their own perceptions, believing that whatever they think is right and this is actually when they start inventing their own tracks of life without proper guidance.
Parents who are always concern about their children from cradle to the grave could never take wrong decision for them but the younger generations never ever understands and start living on by themselves. This soap shall bring a strong moral to such families and provide message to the younger and inexperience group of people who firmly believes on their own instead of believing on their elder, their parents.

A remake of Razia Butt’s famous novel by the same name which had also inspired the popular Shamim Ara, Mohammad Ali movie, SAIQA is purely a love story with all the Star Plus twists, turns and manipulations. Shot on beautiful locations of Murree and Nathiagali, this love story spanning two generations, will keep viewers riveted till the end. The story focuses on Naji (Sarwat Gillani) and Tahir (Mikaal Zulfiqar). Naji is a village girl; and Tahir, a Nawab’s son who falls in love with her, wants to marry her. Tahir is already engaged to Fauzia (Mahjabeen) and the family does not want him to marry Naji, but he persists, in spite of family pressure. They have a daughter, Saiqa (Juggan Kazim) who grows up in the hateful atmosphere of the haveli with everybody insulting her at every step, and plotting to get rid of her and her mother. Rehan (Ahsan Khan) adds an unexpected element to this riveting soap that keeps the viewer guessing the end right up till the climax.
