Sada Suhagan is a multi track story revolving around the emotions and realities of a single family. The story revolves around Safeena (Sangeeta Ghosh) who is leading a happy married life with her in laws, Husband (Danial) and two children Alizeh and Fahad?
One day when Safeena falls down, she is injured and rushed to the hospital where a detailed examination reveals that she has a malignant brain tumor. Her family loves her dearly, and in an attempt to protect her keep this information from her. However the extra attention and affection make her wonder and her investigations lead her to the truth. Safeena immediate concern is her husband and family and she wants him to remarry and settle before she dies.
After a great deal of reluctance the family concedes to her request and he does remarry but that act engulfs the soap on a series of events…
