The story revolves around values, relations, love, sacrifices and conflicts of life. It highlights the loving and trustworthy relations break just due to misunderstandings. Mansoor Hayat is a successful businessman, who has got two daughters from two different wives. Elder daughter Muniza is from her first wife Faiza while Seema is his younger daughter. Her mother was office secretary of Mansoor, who he gets married to. This marriage was totally confidential for all except his Munshi Sahab, who lives with his family in a small portion of Mansoorâ€™s house. When Mansoorâ€™s second wife dies he discloses her marriage on Faizah and requests her to take care of her other daughter. But unexpectedly Faizah retaliates strongly and departs from his life. There occurs a bit of misunderstanding just because of Faizahâ€™s class fellow. Eventually faizah flies to UK with her mother.
With the passage of time Muniza gets married to Azhar. While Seema gets involved with Munshiâ€™s son Masood. They both are in love with each other. A series of serious clashes take place between Muniza and Azhar. She comes back to her fatherâ€™s home and Azher sends her the divorce notice. This conflict not only destroys Munizaâ€™s life but also loses the whole business of Mansoor. Just because of Azharâ€™s corruption and cheating, he becomes the owner of the entire business. Mansoor again tries to save his business and makes a request to Sarfaraz Rehman, a powerful and cunning banker.
On the other hand Seema and Muniza meet Faisal in a party here Seema gets attracted to Faisal. But when by chance she gets to know about his fatherâ€™s insults in Sarfarazâ€™s gathering, she misbehaves with Sarfaraz. He then reacts and refuses the loan request, made by Mansoor. He canâ€™t bear this shocking news and dies. The two daughters take over their fatherâ€™s business and face a financial crisis. Meanwhile Mansoorâ€™s first wife Faizah returns to Pakistan, but Munizah confronts her mother. Faizah can feel that Masood has shown interest in Seema and she shows her willingness to Munshi Sahib.
Surfaraz wants to establish his own business but he is disappointed by his two sons, Dani and Faisal. Dani is a born artist and came to Pakistan with his friend Sadia. They love each other but Surfaraz always discourages his art. On the other hand his second son Faisal is a play boy and is often found in upper class parties and fond of luxuries with blind spending. Here a twist comes in the story and his old beloved Rukhsana and her daughter Sitara appear. Sitara also resembles with her mother.
After dramatic happenings like Seemaâ€™s marriage with Faisal for supporting her fatherâ€™s business. Muniza annoys Seema, Masoodâ€˜s support and help to Muniza for reestablishing the business. Faisal greediness and force to seema for demanding her shares in property to Muniza and in the delay his physical torture to Seema. Faisal comes to know the history of his father. He helps to Ali Ahmad (Sitaraâ€™s father) and makes a plan to sell Sitara for money. Sadiaâ€™s Cancer diagnoses changes her intentions towards Dani and she gets back to her friend Rizwan. Reunion of two angry sisters Seema and Muniza, Faisalâ€™s murder, Surfaraz is arrested, Munizaâ€™s proposes to Dani but he refuses due to her strong position then she is handed over all business to Seema and takes a new start of life with Dani.
